What is included in an Interior Detail?

7 steps: pre-service inspection, trash and debris removal, high-temperature steam cleaning of all surfaces, seat extraction (fabric) or leather conditioning, carpet and floor mat cleaning, dashboard and vent cleaning with UV protectant, and streak-free interior glass cleaning.

Does the Interior Detail include exterior cleaning?

No. The Interior Detail covers only the inside of your vehicle. For interior + exterior, our Premium Detail at $299 covers both with 10 steps including paint decontamination and spray wax sealant.

How long does an Interior Detail take?

2 to 3 hours depending on vehicle size and condition. We work at your location in Brickell — home, office, or parking garage — while you go about your day.

Do I need to be home during the service?

No. Most clients leave the vehicle and continue their day. Before and after photos are sent via WhatsApp when done.

How long until my seats are dry?

Fabric seats: 1 to 2 hours with our heated water extractor. Leather seats: dry immediately. We do not use cold extraction methods that leave seats wet for hours.

Can you remove pet hair from seats and carpet?

Yes. Pet hair is removed mechanically before steam and extraction. Heavily embedded pet hair may require our Pet Hair Removal add-on (+$70) for complete removal from carpet fibers and seat seams.

Can you remove interior odors?

Yes. High-temperature steam at 212°F kills bacteria and mold spores that cause odors at the source. Food, pet, smoke, and mildew odors are eliminated — not masked with fragrance.

Does it cover leather seats differently from fabric?

Yes. Fabric seats use alkaline cleaner and heated water extraction. Leather seats use dedicated leather cleaner followed by conditioning that restores suppleness and UV protection — critical in South Florida's intense heat.

Is DShine Details licensed and insured in Miami-Dade County?

Yes. Active business license in Miami-Dade County and $2,000,000 commercial liability insurance. Certificate available on request for HOA managers.

What products do you use inside the vehicle?

Meguiar's, Koch Chemie, and P&S only — all pH-balanced and surface-safe. No industrial degreasers or ammonia-based chemicals that damage leather, plastic, or electronics.
